The first phase of the project, which was designed in several stages, has been successfully completed. It includes a main factory covering an area of 7,000 square meters, in addition to service buildings, an administrative building, a mechanical services area, and dedicated parking spaces. The planning process carefully took into account the movement of trucks and efficient loading and unloading operations. The project design utilized advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies, ensuring accuracy in planning, coordination, and implementation while improving workflow and reducing potential conflicts during construction. The project was worked on using the Revit and AutoCAD programs.
